Solihull Festive Lunch

Following our successful New Year’s event last year, we are once again holding a lunch in Solihull (in addition to the Christmas Lunch in Sutton Coldfield, which I hope you will also be attending.)

I have made a booking at ‘The Woodman’s Rest’ (junction of Longmore Road and Union Road, B90 3DB) for Saturday 4th January 2020, at 12 midday for 12.30pm. The pub offers a wide a la carte menu plus a good value fixed price menu (3 or 4 choices per course) at £7.29 for two courses and £9.29 for three courses.

There is no need to choose your food or make any payment in advance, but the pub needs to know numbers. Please let me know before 20th December 2019, by replying to this email or by letter, whether you will be coming, together with the name of your guest (if appropriate).

‘The Woodman’s Rest’ is not well served by public transport, so a car will call in at the Solihull Methodist Church car park, Station Approach, at 11.50am to pick members up. Please notify us if you will require transport from the Methodist Church to the pub so that we can ensure sufficient cars are available.
